Building Solutions and Innovation Company (BSIC) is a company that provides analytic services and database management consultations. Real estate price consulting support is one of the projects developed due to the growing trend of real estate development worldwide.

In the US, when wanting to give real estate advice to customers, sellers often send customers information about real estate prices for each specific situation. Real estate price consulting support is a project that aims to visualize the available data for customer consulting support, providing users with a visual perspective instead of dry data. In addition, the project also centrally stores and manages data for the purpose of analysis and prediction for the future.
Challenge: Get insights of data
Real estate consulting data can provide valuable insights into the real estate market. By analyzing this data, you can identify trends and patterns that can help you make informed decisions about buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
For example, you can use real estate consulting data to analyze the prices of properties in different areas and identify areas where property values are increasing or decreasing. You can also use this data to identify the types of properties that are in high demand and the types of properties that are not selling well.

It’s important to have a clear understanding of the data we’re working with and the questions we’re trying to answer. NeuSplend also uses data visualization tools (espeacially Power BI) to help us identify patterns and trends in the data. These tools can help us identify outliers, correlations, and other insights that might not be immediately apparent from the raw data.
In addition, NeuSplend also be going to apply machine learning algorithms to analyze the data. Machine learning algorithms can identify patterns and trends in the data that might not be immediately apparent to the human eye. They can also help us make predictions about future trends in the real estate market.
Solution: A data collection, transformation and centralized storage solution
After discussing with customers, we decided to choose the Azure cloud platform as the main cloud provider for our solution (Especially Azure Synapse Analytics). We use that to collect data from API, transform it to clean data and centralize storage data in the data warehouse to serve the purpose of analytics and prediction.
NeuSplend Data Analysts will use the Data Engineer’s results as input for building dashboards that visualize data insights.
